As a member of one of our Head Office teams you play an important role in delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. Whether you work in Buying and Merchandising, Creative, Finance, People, Marketing, Quality Assurance, IT, eCommerce, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Operations your role is vital to our continued success and growth. Based in one of our two Head Office locations in Television Centre, London or Swan Valley, Northampton you’ll be part of an innovative and creative team of true experts. We have a retail portfolio of 60 stores in the UK.

"Since joining The White Company in May last year, there has been one word that I believe sums up The White Company both internally and externally: family. The word does get thrown around a lot but it is completely warranted.

In my role as desktop support, I speak and meet with someone from every department, whether that’s staff in Head Office or in a store, on a daily basis, and in doing so I get to witness how often members from different teams work together and help each other. From my point of view, if there is someone you need to speak to for whatever reason, you can do so freely regardless of his or her hierarchical position. This is a wonderful position to be in and has changed my approach to how I work.

Being part of the IT department at the present, and in the future, is a wonderful challenge as it undergoes change to better suit the company and I believe that during this change we will see ourselves as a company helping with each change and help cement 'family' as something we are and will continue to be."
