I joined The White Company on the 8th February 2016, untrained with little knowledge of products, systems etc. I have achieved so much in such a short time and was promoted to a Senior in November 2016. No looking back!
I like my co-workers, the good customer ethics, the challenge that every day brings, problem solving and obviously talking about the beautiful products.
My favourite product to date is the Hungarian duvet... and I have become a bit of a candle fiend.

I began as a CSA on the phones - after skill building I moved to Customer Experience handling critical complaints. I was promoted to JLS (Interim Senior) over peak period. Trained all Christmas temp staff and supervised them over the peak period. Social Media, Admin, CET.
I love my role on CET and my team. New challenges everyday and opportunities to develop my skills. I am very customer focused so I enjoy being at the forefront of resolving their issues and ensuring their faith is restored and they are left feeling satisfied.
I love the fragrances - particularly Wild Mint and Seychelles. I also love the super soft, light and breathable duvets and pillows!
